The English Democrats have pledged to improve policing by removing lots of crimes from being the responsibility of the Police.

The radical plan means that SERIOUS crime, such as playing musically loudly via head phones on trains, wearing a hoodie, or being Polish in Fenland, will be prioritised over such minor offences as speeding, causing death by dangerous driving and casual racism.
